The inspection was conducted as an annual survey of Stonecroft Village Retirement Community to assess compliance with health evaluation requirements for direct care and food service employees.

Findings
The facility failed to complete initial health evaluations for three sampled direct care employees as required by Section 295.3030. The Wellness Director was unaware that only a Nurse Practitioner or Physician could complete these evaluations, and the facility plans to have an outside Physician or Nurse Practitioner complete future evaluations.
