Visit Reason
The inspection was conducted as part of the original licensing study for Stonegate Village Assisted Living & Memory Care to determine compliance with applicable licensing statutes and administrative rules for issuance of a temporary license.
Findings
The facility was found to be in substantial compliance with licensing requirements after addressing initial non-compliance issues related to physical environment, resident rights policies, meal census records, ventilation, sanitation, and equipment maintenance. A temporary license with a maximum capacity of 73 beds was recommended.
