Visit Reason
A Recertification Survey was conducted from 11/27/2023 to 11/30/2023 to assess compliance with 42 CFR Part 483, Subpart B, for Long Term Care Facilities.
Findings
Deficiencies were cited related to ADL care for dependent residents, specifically failure to provide adequate fingernail care for Resident #15. Corrective actions were implemented including staff re-education and monitoring to ensure the deficiency does not recur. Additionally, a Life Safety Code survey conducted on 12/05/2023 found no deficiencies related to electrical equipment testing and maintenance.
