The purpose of this visit was to conduct a compliance inspection and investigate complaint intakes #GA00219014 and #GA00219015, with the onsite visit conducted on 12/3/2021.

The inspection was conducted in response to complaint intakes #GA00219014 and #GA00219015. The investigation started on 11/19/2021 and was completed on 12/27/2021.
Findings
The facility was found deficient in multiple areas including failure to ensure staff CPR certification within 60 days of employment, expired sprinkler system inspection tag, hot water temperature exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit, ineffective safety devices to prevent resident elopement, failure to complete annual competency reviews for certified medication aides, improper medication labeling and packaging, and failure to properly dispose of unused medications.
