Inspection Reports for The Auberge at North Ogden

The inspection was an unannounced re-licensure visit for The Auberge at N. Ogden, an assisted living facility with 126 beds (25 secure), to ensure compliance with Utah assisted living facility regulations.

The inspection found full compliance with no rule noncompliances noted. The licensor reviewed all required areas including abuse investigations, incident reports, resident and employee lists, QA meetings, fire and disaster drills, facility disaster plan, policies and procedures, and maintenance information.
