Findings
The facility failed to ensure staff providing hands-on personal services had current CPR certification, failed to administer medications according to physician orders for 2 residents, failed to obtain medications in a timely manner and notify physicians of unavailability, and failed to securely store controlled substances in a locked cabinet of substantial construction.
