Two deficiencies were identified related to medication administration: Resident 1 did not receive the prescribed Oxycodone 10 mg doses and Resident 2 did not receive or have documented administration of Acetaminophen 325 mg as prescribed. The complaint was substantiated and one deficiency was a repeat from a prior inspection.
