Findings
The facility failed to comply with the Rhode Island Food Code requirements related to dietetic services, including contamination risks in the food preparation area, improper sanitizing chemical concentrations, and improper storage of toxic materials. Multiple observations revealed issues such as open containers of drinks and personal items near food, incorrect sanitizer test strips, and improper storage of disinfectant spray.
