The inspection was a monitoring visit conducted to review compliance with applicable standards and laws at The Residence at Colvin Run assisted living facility.
Findings
The inspection identified multiple violations related to staff tuberculosis risk assessments, medication management including timely medication administration and availability, and criminal background checks for employees. Plans of correction were provided for each violation to ensure compliance.
