I love Veranda at Midtown from the first time I came on the property it looks so like a vacation resort. I love the library if you cannot find me, I mean most of the time come to the third floor at the library we have a book club that meets once a month for" LIBRARY BINGO we have a blast, the fitness center is awesome and there is always something going on in the Mulit purpose room. The gazebo is nice also the grounds are beautiful. Now if you really want to enjoy more sit on your balcony and just look at your surroundings. It is just awesome If I am unsure about something here at Veranda I go to management and I get an answer. the staff are here if you need them and that is for real.What do you like most about living here? Answer: I love the library and the balcony and if problem with important issue in my apartment it is taken care of Are there enough caregivers to handle the residents' needs, especially during emergencies? Answer: Yes Are the common areas pleasant and comfortable for socializing or relaxing? Answer: Yes How would you rate the quality and variety of the meals? (1-5) Answer: 1 Are special diets handled well? Answer: No Is the dining schedule flexible enough to meet your preferences? Answer: No How do you feel about the level of social interaction available with other residents? Answer: The level of social interaction is not good some residents just don't want to be bother because they complaint about everything How was the units offered in this community? Answer: online the internet Do you feel safe living in this community? Answer: Yes How well do you think the community handles emergencies or unexpected events? Answer: very well Are there any hidden fees or unexpected charges? Answer: not that I know of Would you recommend this community to others looking for senior living options? Answer: yes, one hundred percent I am recommending other seniors now Is there anything you wish you knew before moving in? Answer: Yes, the bus schedule I enjoy Veranda at Midtown and if I decide to move it would be closer to a shopping area

I love Veranda at Midtown I have lived here for a year and the apartment complex is so awesome it is kept clean and the maintenance are great. Great thanks for the Business Manager who loves beautifying the complex Ms. Divita Sidney. We also have a new CEC Ms. Morgan Brown that takes time to help with some of the needs of some of the residents with things they love doing.What do you like most about living here? Answer: The Balcony and the library Are there enough caregivers to handle the residents' needs, especially during emergencies?
