THE WATERFORD AT CORPUS CHRISTI underwent a comprehensive inspection on January 11, 2024, resulting in two state standard violations. The facility was cited for failing to search the National Association of Residential Providers (NAR) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) annually, as well as ensuring that all employees providing services were screened for tuberculosis within two weeks of employment and annually. These Health Code deficiencies were corrected by February 15, 2024. No Life Safety Code violations were cited during this inspection.
