Visit Reason
The purpose of the visit was to process an addendum to the original licensing study report to decrease the licensed bed capacity of the facility from 94 to 85 beds as requested by the authorized representative.
Findings
The review of Health Facilities Engineering Section room sheets confirmed that nine rooms were reclassified to reduce the licensed beds by nine, with adequate day/dining space to support the decrease. The recommendation was made to decrease the licensed capacity to 85 beds.

Findings
The inspection determined that rooms labeled M, P, and Q each have one licensed bed with 223 sq ft, rooms N and O each have one licensed bed with 277 sq ft, and rooms R and S each have two licensed beds with 354 sq ft. The day/dining space was found adequate to support the increase of 9 licensed beds.
