Visit Reason
The inspection was conducted in response to a licensing complaint alleging inappropriate relationships among night shift staff, residents using vape pens and marijuana, staff taking leftover prescriptions, and a staff member residing at the facility.
Findings
The investigation found no evidence to support allegations of inappropriate staff relationships, resident use of vape pens or marijuana, staff taking leftover medications, or a staff member residing at the facility. However, a violation was established for medications being stored unlocked in a plastic tub during return to the pharmacy, which was later corrected.
