Horrible, trying to find a place for my mom to go. Staff do not care and the nurse works 24 hours a day. They do not turn my mom or reposition her. Staff give baths. Staff do not wash people up. Staff are on their phones or sitting, anything but the job they were hired to do. If you care about your family this place is not for you. There are nice people, the nurse always responds day or night. With all the complaints I think it will close down. What do you like most about living here?
