Description
1001.7 (k) (5) — Admission and retention standards: The Individualized Service Plan shall be reviewed and revised every six months and whenever ordered by the resident's physician or as frequently as necessary to reflect changing care needs.
487.5 (a) (3) (xi) — Resident protections: At all times, a resident shall have the right to receive courteous, fair and respectful care and treatment; have their dignity preserved; be free from coercion and restraint; and not be physically, mentally or emotionally abused.
487.7 (d) (1) (iv) — Resident services: Supervision services shall include monitoring and guidance to assist residents in performing basic activities of daily living including attendance at meals, personal hygiene, participation in programs, and money management.
1001.10 (l)(1) — Medication management: Medication acquisition, storage, disposal, and assistance with self-administration shall conform with standards dictated by the facility's certification and operative guidance documents.
