Visit Reason
The inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Regulations Governing the Licensing and Functioning of Assisted Housing Programs for a Level I Residential Care Facility, including licensing, resident rights, medication procedures, health care, safety standards, and sanitation.
Findings
