Initial inspection of a new assisted living facility with 66 residential units (40 Assisted Living and 26 Memory Impaired Residential units) for 80 licensed beds to assess compliance with New Jersey licensure standards.
Findings
The facility was found not in substantial compliance due to failure to provide an emergency generator annunciator panel in a location observable by operating staff 24 hours a day, as required by New Jersey Uniform Construction Code and NFPA standards.
