In North Jackson, Ohio, the Antonine Sisters have operated a care campus since 1991. The current building, completed in 2014, sits at 2675 North Lipkey Road in Mahoning County with 55 beds and a religious identity that runs through the structure of daily life. The Sisters are a Maronite Catholic congregation; care is confirmed open to residents of any faith, background, or origin.

Four care tracks operate on-site: assisted living, memory care, adult day care, and respite care.
