The inspection was conducted as an expansion survey requested to add 90 additional slots to the existing 100 slots at the facility.
Findings
The facility was found not in substantial compliance with the New Jersey Administrative Code standards for licensure of Adult Day Health Services. Specifically, the facility failed to ensure that 3 of 6 electrical outlets located within 6 feet of a water source were equipped with Ground-Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) protection, posing a participant safety hazard.
