The visit was triggered by a Report of Suspected Dependent Adult/Elder Abuse received on 2026-02-12 concerning an incident reported on 2026-02-10 involving Resident 1. The report was investigated but no deficiencies were found.

No deficiencies were cited during the visit. The Licensing Program Analyst obtained documents and conducted interviews with the Administrator and the involved resident.

The facility was found to be in compliance with regulations including fire clearance for 60 non-ambulatory residents, appropriate safety features, infection control plans, emergency supplies, and proper documentation. The administrator agreed to submit proof of liability insurance and ensure staff clearance and association.

The Component II completion was successful, confirming the applicant and administrator's understanding of licensing laws and facility operation requirements. No deficiencies or violations were noted in the report.
