Ariel Pointe Sachse is an outstanding community. It has been an answer to prayer for me and my mother. The property is always immaculately clean and maintained. The food is good with a varied monthly menu and optional choices if you do not want the daily special. Dessert served every day (bonus). There is a Bistro for snacks like ice cream and soda! Multiple activities each day including crafts help to keep patients busy. However, the STAFF is what makes this place a happy, safe, fun and trustworthy place to be. I love coming here to visit my mom and interact with everyone. I have not met one single staff person that was not kind and appeared to like their job. This is not the "norm" for a memory care center. I know this from what we experienced and saw at other places. This is extremely important to me since they are caring for my mother twenty-four hours a day. Rhonda, the head nurse for memory care, is amazing. She comes in and talks to the patients almost daily. The activities director, Carmen, is the sweetest, most fun person you could hope to have with your family member all day. There's even a gentleman, Alan, that comes almost every day to volunteer his help without being paid! That says more than words in my opinion. I have told everyone that asks about mom how wonderful this place is and how I finally am at peace because she is here and I know the staff care about her. I personally could live here and several of my friends who have visited have said the same thing. This place is so well run and that starts at the top. They never miss a detail. From the welcome sign with her name on the counter the day she arrived, the welcome gift (soft blanket) waiting in her room with a welcome note, the staff giving her hugs to the head nurse coming in and always telling mom she loves her; I cannot say enough good things about Ariel Pointe Sachse. I HIGHLY recommend this facility/community and staff!!!!!
