The inspection found several deficiencies including failure to offer assistance for establishing interest-bearing accounts for resident funds over $200, unsanitary conditions such as dirt and dead bugs in bathroom vents and light covers, bubbled and raised rubber floor tiles, missing emergency telephone number postings near telephones, a torn window screen, and a refrigerator temperature above the required limit. All deficiencies had plans of correction accepted and were addressed or scheduled for correction.

Ceiling exhaust vent in common bathroom had a ¼” layer of dirt/dust; ceiling light covers in common bathrooms had 25-30 dead bugs inside.
Several areas of hallway rubber floor tiles were bubbled and raised, creating a hazard.
Required emergency telephone numbers were not posted near telephones in the boiler room and main lobby.
Window screen in the 3rd floor stairwell was torn, measuring approximately 3½” by 1½”.
Refrigerator #1 temperature measured 50°F, exceeding the required maximum of 40°F.
