The visit was conducted as a renewal licensing study to assess compliance with licensing rules and requirements for Elderly Solutions, Inc.
Findings
The facility was found to be in substantial compliance overall but was cited for non-compliance with several rules including failure to complete subsequent TB testing for staff, failure to review health status annually for certain staff, administration of over-the-counter medications without prescriptions, and incomplete emergency and evacuation drills during required times.

The purpose of the addendum is to document the change in controlling interest and appointment of a new licensee designee and administrator for Elderly Solutions, Inc.
Findings
The licensing consultant reviewed and approved all required documents and determined that Mrs. Vini Voggu meets the qualifications to serve as licensee designee and administrator for the Aged, Alzheimer’s, and Physically Handicapped populations. The sale of the business and appointment of Mrs. Voggu was confirmed by final board meeting minutes.
