Inspection Report Summary for Fairbanks Court Assisted Living
FAIRBANKS COURT ASSISTED LIVING was inspected on January 19, 2022, resulting in a total of 13 violations of state standards. The Health Code deficiencies cited included failure to conduct criminal history checks and employee misconduct registry searches, inadequate service plans for residents, and incomplete tuberculosis screenings for employees. Additionally, the facility failed to report COVID-19 cases promptly. In contrast, Life Safety Code deficiencies were identified during an earlier inspection on February 19, 2019, with issues related to building compliance, fire drills, emergency evacuation plans, annual fire marshal inspections, gas pressure testing, and portable extinguisher installation and maintenance. These Life Safety Code violations were corrected between March 1, 2019, and March 10, 2019. No enforcement actions were found in relation to these deficiencies.
