The inspection was conducted as a fire life safety and sanitation licensure survey for Foxtail Assisted Living, Inc.
Findings
The facility did not maintain compliance with the 2018 edition of NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, specifically regarding improper storage and marking of oxygen cylinders, and the kitchen floor had worn epoxy coating exposing porous, non-washable concrete.
