Visit Reason
The Office of the State Fire Marshal conducted a fire safety inspection at Heritage Heights at Lake Chelan to assess compliance with fire protection codes and regulations.

Visit Reason
The Office of the State Fire Marshal conducted a fire safety inspection at the Heritage Heights at Lake Chelan residential care facility on 07/31/2023.

Findings
Multiple fire safety violations were observed including electrical hazards, improper use of multiplug adapters, lack of documentation for damper testing and sprinkler maintenance, unsecured fire extinguishers, obstructed fire alarm pull station, and failure to provide documentation for monthly testing of smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.
