Findings
The facility failed to maintain the Unit 2 Medication Room refrigerator within the recommended temperature range of 36°F to 46°F for refrigerated medications, with four out of six recorded temperatures outside this range. The Maintenance Director adjusted the refrigerator thermostat to correct the temperature, and subsequent observations confirmed the refrigerator temperature was within the acceptable range.
