I am writing this review to raise serious concerns about the level of care provided at this long-term care facility. My experience has been deeply troubling and, in my opinion, reflects a pattern of neglect and disregard for basic patient needs. The facility consistently failed to maintain sanitary conditions. Cleanliness is a fundamental expectation in any healthcare setting, yet this was clearly not a priority. This created not only an uncomfortable environment but also a potentially dangerous one for residents.Even more concerning was the refusal to administer prescribed medications. Denying a patient their necessary medications is unacceptable and can lead to significant health risks and complications.Personal care was also severely lacking. The patient developed recurrent bed sores, which are often preventable with proper attention and routine repositioning. Additionally, basic grooming and hygiene were neglected—fingernails and toenails were allowed to grow excessively and curl over, and there was visible fungus on the scalp that went untreated.Overall, the lack of attention to hygiene, medical needs, and basic human dignity is extremely concerning. Families place trust in long-term care facilities to provide safe, compassionate, and competent care. Unfortunately, this facility did not meet those expectations.I strongly urge others to carefully evaluate their options and ask detailed questions before entrusting their loved ones to this facility.
