In annual inspections conducted in July 2021, June 2022, and September 2024, the facility’s physical plant, staffing, food service, and emergency preparedness were found to be in good repair and fully compliant. Records of resident care, personnel training, and medication management were complete, and COVID‑19 protocols—including a visitation station, hand sanitizer, temperature checks, and signage—were in place. Fire safety equipment, including charged extinguishers and operational detectors, met state requirements, and the administrator’s certification remained valid.

During the July 2021 visit, the licensing program analyst (LPA) Shobhana Frank noted that the home maintained a comfortable temperature, sufficient lighting, and secure grab bars in bathrooms. The June 2022 inspection, also led by LPA Frank, confirmed adequate supplies of perishable and non‑perishable food, adequate linens, and proper storage of hazardous chemicals.
