Visit Reason
This inspection was conducted as an initial State Licensure Survey for ProCare Hospice of Nevada LLC in accordance with Nevada Administrative Code, Chapter 449 Provisions of Hospice Care.
Findings
The facility was found deficient in several areas including expired medications stored in the emergency medication box, lack of private areas with fire-resistant privacy devices for family members in patient rooms, and failure to provide required annual tuberculosis testing for certain employees.
