THE ISLE AT RAIDER RANCH underwent its most recent comprehensive inspection on November 02, 2023, resulting in three state standard violations. Upon review of the inspection findings, it appears that all cited deficiencies fall under Life Safety Code requirements, with no Health Code violations listed. The facility was found to have failed to ensure doors met referenced codes and standards, as well as provide a fire sprinkler system meeting those same standards. These issues were identified during an earlier inspection on March 3, 2022, and corrected by March 4, 2022. No enforcement actions were taken against the facility following this inspection.
