Visit Reason
The Minnesota Department of Health conducted a survey to evaluate and assess compliance with state licensing statutes for Recovery Home Health Care.
Findings
The survey identified multiple violations including food service noncompliance with Minnesota Food Code, incomplete staff records, lack of tuberculosis prevention program, deficient emergency preparedness plan, fire safety and physical environment issues, inadequate fire safety and evacuation plans and training, and incomplete training and competency evaluations for unlicensed personnel.
