The Brooklyn Heights branch of the senior living community provides nothing but the renowned Watermark service. While they offer thoughtful amenities such as The W Room, an elegant dining room with a two-story bar; Willow and Clark Cafe, a coffee shop designed with hints of European style; Biblio, a library and wine bar; Indulge, a salon spa; and performance arts center– just to name a few of what the upscale community provides. Inspection Report Summary for The Watermark at Brooklyn Heights
The facility underwent two inspections from August 1, 2021 through July 31, 2025, resulting in a total of 16 violations and no inspections with no violations. The largest survey by violations was the complaint survey issued on February 28, 2025, which identified 15 violations.
