The deficiencies were categorized under both the Health Code and Life Safety Code. Under the Health Code, no specific issues were listed, indicating that all cited violations fell under the Life Safety Code. The facility was found to have several fire safety-related issues, including non-compliance with Chapter 19 of NFPA 101, inadequate fire alarm and smoke detection systems, insufficient sprinkler system maintenance, and improper portable fire extinguisher placement.
