My mother lived in their Manor for 18 months. She was hearing impaired and cut off from our family. When she asked for a phone, the one I bought was thrown away. They refused to provide any other quiet room where my mom could actually hear to stay in touch with family and friends. The reason they gave was "not in her best interest". Completely wrong as well as violation of the disabilities act. Suggest finding a better place for your loved one! What do you like most about living here?
