This place Golden Horizons worthington facility is TERRIBLE it took my father from me. He had a stroke and died because he did not receive hid coumadin medication for weeks. I miss him and wish we never admitted him here.

NO!!!!!
Is there anything you wish you knew before moving in?
I wish I new the care was so incompetent my dad would still be here. Lazy administrator!! This makes the rest of the staff not do what they are suppose to
