Two Hearts Homes For Seniors Reviews

Susan (Daughter)
When it came time to find care for my dad, I struggled with the decision between home care and a facility due to my busy work schedule, but the minute I walked into Two Hearts Assisted Living Facility, I knew it was the perfect place. The transition was seamless, and the staff provided incredible peace of mind by constantly keeping in touch through texts, photos, and even a FaceTime call while I was on a family vacation, which was especially comforting during COVID. The caregivers quickly became like family, going above and beyond—one even came in on her days off to sit with my dad and run to the pharmacy for him, while the owner's children affectionately nicknamed him the "big bad wolf". He was well-loved during his two and a half years there, and when he sadly passed away, the staff's compassion was extraordinary; a caregiver stayed with me through the entire midnight shift, and three were right by my side at his bed when he passed. I couldn't have asked for a more respectful, supportive, and comforting place for my dad to call home.

When my sister and I were looking for the best care for our parents, my brother-in-law's friend highly recommended Two Hearts Assisted Living Facility, and we quickly saw that it truly feels like a beautiful, welcoming home. My mom now has a gorgeous room with a view of the pond, and instead of feeling scared like she did when living on her own, she is now completely content, relaxed, and comfortable. She has formed wonderful friendships, like with her dinner companion Fran, and enjoys an immaculate environment where the staff handles all the cooking, cleaning, and laundry so she can finally just relax after working hard her whole life. The caregivers provide a level of dedication I have never seen before—often coming in on their days off just to celebrate a resident's birthday—and offer amazing conveniences, from on-site occupational and physical therapy to a caregiver named Chris who even does my mom's hair. With endless fun activities like luaus, picnics, and Saturday bingo, I am so grateful to see her having fun and enjoying herself without a single worry.
