This clause is firmly enforced, even in cases involving serious health decline or urgent medical needs. Families should be aware that the reason for leaving does not affect this policy, and staff will refer to the signed contract without exception.While Harmony presents a warm and welcoming environment during tours and initial interactions, our experience revealed a disconnect between that image and the actual practices in place. In our case, the emphasis appeared to be more on financial obligations than on compassionate care or flexibility in difficult situations.We encourage anyone considering Harmony to review all contractual terms carefully and ask direct questions about policies related to medical emergencies, transitions to higher levels of care, and financial commitments.
