In December, Kathleen Banrasavong conducted a similar unannounced visit, confirming the continued maintenance of a one‑week non‑perishable food supply, proper medication storage in locked cabinets, and up‑to‑date employee certifications. Fire safety remained compliant, with dual smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fully charged fire extinguisher. No deficiencies were identified across all inspections.
