Inspection Report Summary for The Watermark at Brooklyn Heights
The facility underwent two inspections from August 1, 2021 through July 31, 2025, resulting in a total of 16 violations and no inspections with no violations. The largest survey by violations was the complaint survey issued on February 28, 2025, which identified 15 violations.
