The Role:
You’ll build the family-facing experiences and internal tools that power how millions of people find senior care for the people they love. You’ll ship features end-to-end, see your work in production quickly, and have meaningful ownership over both the product and engineering culture as we grow.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and improve the systems that power our family-facing platform.
- Develop personalization features that match families to the right communities.
- Improve speed, reliability, and user experience as traffic grows.
- Partner with product, content, and operations to launch experiments and new features.
What You BringRequired:
- Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent technical experience.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and PHP.
- Strong sense for what makes a high-quality, fast, user-friendly web experience.
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB).
- Bias toward action — you’d rather ship and iterate than wait for perfect requirements.
- Strong written communication.
Bonus:
- Web performance optimization (page speed, caching, image optimization).
