These pictures do not depict the truth about this facility. Staff is negligent, understaffed, residents are left on their on & arguments & fights breakout. As a visitor to my sister, I was hit in the face with a packet of disposable wipes & water was dumped on me while I am sitting with my sister & another resident. I had to escort the resident who did this to the staff, let them know what she had done & all they said "Are you ok?". This same resident punched another lady who was sitting in a wheelchair twice in her head. The staff just moved this lady away & didn't check on the lady in the wheelchair. Another lady had her arm cut & was bleeding when I arrived & the children of this lady where told 3 different stories as to how this happened. It was finally found out that another resident did this to their Mother. If this is going on while I am visiting, what goes on when no one is watching? What do you like most about living here? Answer: The building is beautiful - care is not! Are there enough caregivers to handle the residents' needs, especially during emergencies? Answer: No Are the common areas pleasant and comfortable for socializing or relaxing? Answer: No How would you rate the quality and variety of the meals? (1-5) Answer: 2 Are special diets handled well? Answer: No Is the dining schedule flexible enough to meet your preferences? Answer: Yes How do you feel about the level of social interaction available with other residents? Answer: The residents just wonder around amongst themselves with no Physical Therapy or stimulus. How was the units offered in this community? Answer: N/A Do you feel safe living in this community? Answer: No How well do you think the community handles emergencies or unexpected events? Answer: Not well - safety is not a priority Are there any hidden fees or unexpected charges? Answer: N/A Would you recommend this community to others looking for senior living options? Answer: Absolutely not! Is there anything you wish you knew before moving in? Answer: The meals are not handled well in helping residents who no longer have the ability to use their utensils to cut up their food or feed themselves. I witnessed plates of food set in front of residents, they were unable to help themselves, the plate of food was taken away & they hadn't eaten anything. I heard a couple of the staff personnel say to the kitchen staff, "save some of that for me, I want some". Lack of compassion for the residents is missing, turn over in residents in this facility is very high!
