Overview of Hope & a Future

Located in Madison, WI, Hope & A Future is a non-profit organization dedicated to older adults and intergenerational fun. The organization features an Adult Family Home that provides residential care for older adults seeking assistance with daily tasks. Supportive services include housekeeping, meals, an RN, an OTR, music and an Art Therapist to enrich residents’ daily lives. Live-in care team members ensure round-the-clock supervision. Hospice and memory care are available.

Activities promote holistic wellness and encourage active living. We host monthly community pot-lucks and house concerts. Activities offer residents opportunities to help plan events. Residents enjoy the 5.5 acres of green space surrounding our home. This includes a pool, vegetable and flower gardens and enough green space to enjoy deer and turkey sightings from our porches or deck.
