Fanny Rouse is the Executive Director at Springbrooke Retirement. Raised by her grandmother, she developed a strong affinity for seniors early on. Originally from Belgium, Fanny earned a CNA certificate at 15 and a nursing degree. With experience in hospice, rehab, and assisted living, she is dedicated to improving clinical care and influencing the entire senior living experience at Springbrooke.
