Inspection Report Summary for Bethesda Gardens Frisco

BETHESDA GARDENS FRISCO underwent its most recent comprehensive inspection on June 08, 2022, resulting in a total of 11 violations of state standards. The Health Code deficiencies consisted of one violation related to the facility's failure to search the National Practitioner Data Bank (NAR) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) annually, which was corrected by June 30, 2022. In contrast, the Life Safety Code had a cluster of issues, including fire safety concerns such as inadequate emergency lighting, insufficient means of egress, and failure to conduct required fire drills and document them properly. Additionally, there were building maintenance-related deficiencies, including failure to correct site or building conditions that posed a fire hazard and notify HHSC prior to building rehabilitation. These Life Safety Code violations were largely corrected between March 28, 2022, and May 12, 2022. No enforcement actions were found in relation to these inspections.
