Do NOT be fooled by the photos or fake smiles. Atria Cinco Ranch puts on a show to get your money, but behind closed doors it’s a completely different story. Management is unprofessional and treats employees terribly. The kitchen staff doesn’t speak English, and there are serious concerns about illegal activity, drug use during breaks, and unsafe conditions. No cameras, no accountability — just chaos. I’m reporting this place. Protect your loved ones and stay far away.
