Dirty non caring facility that does not care about the people that live there. Leaking water into a trash can that tells you have much Fellowship Manor does not care for it's people. Peak Management is the slummiest of slumlords.

What do you like most about living here?
The fact that the current management team is such a failure they will be gone soon!
Are there enough caregivers to handle the residents' needs, especially during emergencies?
No
Are the common areas pleasant and comfortable for socializing or relaxing?
No
How do you feel about the level of social interaction available with other residents?
Most of the managers except Rhonda hide in their offices and don't interact with the tenants. Maintenance and issues are pretty much ignored.
How was the units offered in this community?
Warm bodies. Such a revolving door it is like a bus depot.

No
How well do you think the community handles emergencies or unexpected events?
These clowns have their thumbs so far up their rectums they have no clue.

Is there anything you wish you knew before moving in?
Nothing gets fixed and communication from Peak Management is THE WORST. Recently, we had a bed bug infestation because these management pigs didn't keep up on their pest control contract. S C U M B A G S!
