Residents enjoy a safe and pleasant environment, complemented by the assistance and support of a team of dedicated professionals, including nurses, care aides, therapists, physicians, pharmacists, and social worker. Housekeeping, laundry, and repairs are handled by a diligent support team working together to ensure the comfort of residents.

The Convalescent Home of Winnipeg encourages the development of a “family” environment dedicated to providing personalized care and services that strive for excellence. The community also features a Recreation Department that creates programs based on residents’ identified needs, interests, and preferences. A culinary team works closely with a dietitian in creating menus that fit the residents’ dietary preferences and needs and all meals are “Home-cooked” onsite. Fostering connections and encouraging an engaged lifestyle, the community offers various activities, including music/sing-alongs, baking, crafting, live entertainment, happy hour, exercises, bocce ball, shuffle bowl, movie night, outdoor fun, special seasonal events, and more.
