Of these, 6 were classified as Life Safety Code deficiencies and 1 was categorized under Health Code. The Life Safety Code issues included failing to maintain outdoor areas in good condition, conducting required fire drills, testing and maintaining an emergency generator, conducting a risk assessment for potential emergencies or disasters, and providing an approved outdoor area for the segregated unit. These deficiencies were corrected between June 20 and June 27, 2022. No Health Code violations were listed during this inspection. No enforcement actions were found in relation to these inspections.
