Amy’s Eden Senior Care Reviews

Gery Ciftcioglu
Non-Payment Issue with Amy’s Eden Senior Care and 10xFlowI’m leaving this review to report a non-payment issue with Amy’s Eden and 10xFlow, both owned by Deena and Bruce Hocker.I entered into a freelance contract with 10xFlow, which required me to produce research-based articles. The articles were delivered in good faith and published on the senior care company owned by the Hockers - Amy’s Eden’s webpage. In January 2025, my contract with 10xFlow was terminated abruptly without prior notice or explanation. At the time of termination, I had completed work for November and December 2024, totaling $1,300 USD, which remains unpaid. I was assured that payment for these services would be processed after the contract ended. The last payment I received was in June 2025, for $100 USD. Since then, despite multiple follow-up attempts over the past year, the remaining balance of $1,200 USD has not been paid. I have received no further response or resolution from either 10xFlow or Amy’s Eden. While I acknowledge the email from 10xFlow’s manager, which explained the company’s financial difficulties, it’s important to note that financial struggles do not relieve them of their contractual obligations. The failure to pay for work already completed is a breach of contract and has caused significant hardship.I strongly recommend that anyone considering entering into a contract with either Amy’s Eden or 10xFlow ensure they have clear, written payment terms before doing so. Unfortunately, this situation has been ongoing for over a year, and despite all reasonable efforts to resolve it amicably, I now seek a prompt resolution to avoid further escalation.
